Yes. While our studio is based in Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos, we deliver projects across Nigeria. For sites outside Lagos we scope travel, site visits, and supervision at the outset so there are no surprises.

Timelines depend on scope. As a guide: concept + technical design typically runs 6–12 weeks; a private residence build usually takes 9–18 months; commercial builds are scoped individually. We share a detailed programme with every engagement.

Always. Photoreal 3D renderings (interior and exterior) are part of our standard design workflow so you can see and approve the space before a single block is laid.
